Geodesic Dome House Specifications

Dome Framework:: 1 3/8" O.D. X 16 gauge .065 galvanized round steel tubing.; Or cast aluminum hubs for square end cut 2' x 6' or larger lumber.
Crystal Glass Triangle Windows:: Anodized aluminum frame with thermal break; rubber seals; 1" Low E double pane tempered argon filled insulated glass; tempered and laminated for slooped glazing.
Triple pane and tint optional.
Exterior Panels:: Pre-cut and color coded 3/4" CDX plywood triangle T&G panels. Plywood or OSB on gazebos.
Interior Gazebo Panels:: 3/8" flush pre-cut cedar plywood or optional 3/4" T & G solid cedar.
Fasteners:: All grade 5 zinc coated; 1/2" x 2.5" carriage bolts and nuts; USS and structural flat washers; #12 TEK screws; 1 and 2 hole EMT straps; #12 EMB round head screws.
Shingles:: Tabless 30 year architectural shingles, 15# felt, 1 1/4" galvanized roofing nails, ice and water dam; Style D roof edge. Upgrades available. Copper or galvanized steel optional.
Footing Hardware:: #5 rebar (#4 on gazebo and commercial jungle gym); 12" or 24" x frost depth concrete forming tubes, 8 gauge steel channel, wire ties. (Concrete not included)
Gazebo and Jungle Gym Paint:: Baked on polyester powdercoat.
Insulation:: Spray on R=7 per inch polyurethane insulation with spray on cement firewall or pre-cut triangle extruded polystyrene R=5 per inch insulation with pre-cut 1/2" OSB interior panels.
Loads:: Minimum windload 70 PSF. Minimum snow load 40 PSF.; Gross weight 36' 5/9 exterior package: approximately 23,000 pounds.

Terms: 50% down with order; balance due C.O.D. when ready for delivery F.O.B. our MN dock. Allow 6 weeks manufacturing time. 15% restocking charge for cancellations. No cancellations on custom windows.
